Requirement confirmation
Customer requirements: Communicate with customers to clarify the size, material, pattern design, color requirements, and usage scenarios of the flag (such as outdoor, indoor, activities, etc.).
Design draft: Provide design solutions based on customer needs or accept customer design documents, and confirm the final rendering.
Pattern making
Pattern confirmation: Check the resolution and color mode of the design draft to ensure it is suitable for production (usually requiring the use of CMYK color mode and vector format).
Color matching: Perform color matching to ensure that the printed color matches the design draft.
Selection of production process
Choose the appropriate manufacturing process based on customer needs and budget:
Digital printing: suitable for complex patterns and gradient color designs, fast production, and suitable for small batch customization.
Screen printing: suitable for mass production, low cost, but limited in the number of colors.
Heat transfer printing: Clear patterns and bright colors, suitable for personalized flag making.
Embroidery: Suitable for high-end flag making, but with higher costs, suitable for simple patterns.
Printing or processing
Digital printing: Printing design drafts directly onto flag fabrics through machines.
Heat transfer printing: First print the pattern onto transfer paper, and then transfer the pattern onto fabric through high temperature.
Screen printing: Step by step printing each color onto the fabric through a screen printing.
Embroidery: Processing patterns onto fabric using an embroidery machine.
Post processing
Cutting: Cut the fabric according to the size of the flag.
Sewing: Sew the edges of the flag to ensure durability. Add hanging ropes, pole sleeves, or eyelets as needed.
Ironing: Remove wrinkles from the surface of the flag to ensure a smooth and beautiful appearance.
Check the size, pattern clarity, color consistency, and stitching quality to ensure that the flag meets customer requirements.
Packaging and Shipping
Fold or roll up the flag, package it appropriately, and ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation.
Arrange logistics or express delivery according to customer needs to deliver products.
